The formula, explained
attendance = (possible − absent) ÷ possible × 100Add possible half-days for each pupil actually enrolled. If enrollment changes, do not simply multiply the final class size by every day. This tool does not replace an attendance register.

Can I use a decimal comma?
Yes. Numeric fields accept 12.5 or 12,5 and spaces for thousands, such as 1 234.50. Do not mix a point and comma in one number.
